# Raptor Ridge RV Resort Inc. ## Terms of Service / Rental Terms **Effective Date: August 9, 2026** Welcome to **Raptor Ridge RV Resort Inc.** By booking an **Eco Cabin, RV Site, or any accommodation** at Raptor Ridge Resort, guests agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests, staff, and owners. --- ## 1. Reservations * All reservations must be made by a guest who is **18 years of age or older**. * Full payment must be received before check-in. * A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in. * Reservations are non-transferable without prior written approval from Raptor Ridge Resort. --- ## 2. Check-In and Check-Out ### Eco Cabins * **Check-in:** 3:00 PM * **Check-out:** 11:00 AM ### RV Sites * **Check-in:** 3:00 PM * **Early check-in:** Available **upon request only** and subject to availability. * **Check-out:** 12:00 PM Late departures beyond the designated check-out time may result in additional charges unless approved by management in advance. --- ## 3. Security Deposit – Eco Cabins Only * A **CAD $200 security deposit** is required **upon check-in for all Eco Cabin rentals**. * The deposit is **fully refundable** provided there is no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning required, or violation of resort policies. * The security deposit will be refunded within **24–48 hours after check-out** using the original method of payment whenever possible. * Additional charges may be deducted from the security deposit if necessary to cover damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. --- ## 4. Gate Access For the safety and security of our guests and residents, the resort entrance gate is closed overnight. * **Gate closes:** 9:00 PM * **Gate opens:** 9:00 AM If you plan to **leave or return to the property between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM**, please notify **Raptor Ridge Resort staff in advance**. Staff will provide you with an **access code** to allow you to enter through the gate. Guests are responsible for keeping their access code confidential and following all gate access procedures. --- ## 5. Occupancy Limits ### RV Sites * Maximum of **6 registered occupants** are included in the site rental. * Guests may set up **one tent** on the rented RV site, subject to site suitability and management approval. * Up to **4 additional immediate family members** may stay overnight for an additional
