CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation dates are calculated based on the scheduled arrival date.

10 Days or More Before Arrival

Full refund less a $25 administrative fee.

5–9 Days Before Arrival

50% of the reservation total will be refunded.

Less Than 5 Days Before Arrival

No refund.

Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show

100% of the reservation total will be charged.

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email, text message, or another written method accepted by Raptor Ridge.

• The cancellation becomes effective when the written cancellation request is received by Raptor Ridge.

• The $25 administrative fee applies only to cancellations made 10 days or more before arrival and is non-refundable.

• Any refund will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

• This Cancellation Policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Alberta law.
