RV Overnight Site Cancellation Policy
Raptor Ridge RV Resort Inc.
By making an RV site reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation dates are calculated based on the scheduled arrival date.
10 Days or More Before Arrival: Full refund less a $25 administrative fee.
5–9 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the reservation total will be refunded.
Less Than 5 Days Before Arrival: No refund.
Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: 100% of the reservation total will be charged.
Cancellation Requirements

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email, text message, or another written method accepted by Raptor Ridge RV Resort.

Cancellation is effective when the written cancellation request is received by Raptor Ridge.

The $25 administrative fee applies only to cancellations made 10 days or more before arrival and is non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Approved reservation changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation if the change results in a cancellation or shortened stay.

The minimum stay for RV Overnight Site Rentals is 2 nights.

Any applicable taxes or mandatory fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.
No-Show
If a guest does not arrive for their reservation and does not contact Raptor Ridge, the reservation will be considered a No-Show, and 100% of the reservation total will be charged.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to waive, limit, or exclude any rights or remedies that a guest may have under applicable Alberta or Canadian law.
